Hats off to Fylde Borough Council in St Annes, Lancashire, for proposing a very innovative approach to Motorhome parking in the UK. I have written a number of posts on this subject but this is the best idea I have come across to date for the UK and so at last, it seems, our councils are getting the message that Motorhomes should be welcomed rather than ostracised.

We visited Chatsworth House Caravan Club Site last week and this has got to be one of the best club sites available. The site itself is very well laid out and the toilet/shower block has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. In the end though it's all about location, location, location.
