The door automatically locked behind us with the keys inside! We had to break into our van as the oven was on. We are having a new door fitted and will ensure we keep keys on us at all times even if we are sitting outside in future. I think it is a common fault with this model van. I suggest you replace the lock as you could be faced with a larger bill for a new door!! We have experienced the same problem with our Bessacarr E415.
