Just a quick heads up that the next Boat, Caravan and Outdoor Show at the NEC, Birmingham will take place between the 17 -22 February, 2009.  Open daily I believe from 10.00 until 18.00 although this has yet to be confirmed.  Free parking.

The show promises exclusive spring launches from the manufacturers, information on cycling and rambling routes and historical attractions, inspiration for holidays in the UK and Europe, savings on accessories, clothing and equipment plus many other attractions and events.

We have been before, it’s usually very good and given the slowdown in the economy there may be quite a few bargains around.  The other thing I found very interesting was the boats, there are all sizes to look at and some of them are huge or at least that was the case when we last went.
