Water Filling Problems – When we stayed at the Caravan Club Henley site just recently we went to the motor home service point as usual to empty our waste and fill up with fresh water.  The Caravan Club had just had some pressure release valves fitted to the fresh water tap apparently to prevent water being pushed back up the pipe to the mains to prevent Legionnaires Disease – or at least that was what we were told by a warden.  These valves actually prevented us from filling our tank and after much discussion we had to drive round to a standard tap fitting to fill up.  The warden said that these valves were going to be fitted on all taps at all sites and if this does happen then this will cause a big problem for us vanners but of course caravans will be fine.  More news as I get it and if anyone else has also met this problem then please let us know.
